What are the shipping and handling charges on my order?
NOTE:
FREE GROUND SHIPPING in continental U.S.
(Second Day and Next Day not included in free shipping offer.)

Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground.  The rates are:

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We will create your personalized products and ship within four business days of receiving your order, if all the information we receive is complete and accurate. All orders are produced, packed, and shipped from our shop in Northwest Iowa. Depending on the distance the order is shipped, standard UPS delivery takes from one to five days.

Is faster delivery available?
Yes, we can ship via UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air.  It will cost $6.oo for 2nd Day Air and $18.00 for Next Day Air (the regular ground shipment charges shown in the chart above are waived, so the Next Day or 2nd Day charges are the only additional costs.) This offer applies only to continental United States.

Can I track my order to know if it has shipped?
An automatic email will be sent to you when your order is received and processed. If you are a registered user of Prairie Rose, you can track your order from our "Order Status" button on the directory. Any personalization will not show up on the order status report. During the order process, we ask for the date you need to receive your purchase to ensure timely delivery. After an order has been shipped, we can also track it easily through the UPS system. Please call customer service if you have a concern about your purchase.

What payment methods are available?
Prairie Rose accepts MasterCard and VISA on our website. Customers may prefer to mail a check or money order to our office at: 1941 Hwy. 86, Milford, IA 51351.  Please allow extra time for delivering your purchase when using checks and money orders. Complete instructions are on the customer information page that appears when you finish shopping.

Customer satisfaction is a major part of our company mission statement and we take great pride in our quality controls. Because personalized products have no resale value, please take great care when placing your order by double checking spelling, dates, and other personalized information. I have an idea for a product that's not on your site - can you do it?
We limit ourselves to personalizing products we are confident will be of high quality. Go to the "Custom" directory at left for examples of custom products we've created for special occasions.  Our in-house design staff is very creative, but they will tell you if your idea will work or not. Naturally, custom design time is expensive, which is why our regular products are designed for personalizing just the names or dates. We will be happy to give an estimate for a custom design and the time necessary to produce it. Please email or call if you've got an idea for a new design or category...it may make it to our front page some day!
